I. GENERAL TERMS

     Please keep your descriptions as clear and concise as possible.
     Unpleasant behaviour is not tolerated.
     Asking to pay in 'exposure' is not tolerated.
     Disregarding the 'WON'T' list beeelow will result in this and any future commission of yours to be canceled.
     Large changes after the initial sketch are not permitted.
     The artist reserves the right to deny service without disclosing the reasons.

II. PAYMENT

     All commissions are to be paid via Paypal.
     Full payment is required after the initial rough sketch.
     An invoice will be sent after completing the initial sketch.
     There are no discounts available.
     Refunds after completing the initial sketch are unavailable.

III. SCHEDULE

     All commissions will be completed within one month of receiving your form.
     You will be notified of any unexpected delays as a result of health issues, emergencies or the like.

IV. COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY

     You must credit the artist when posting the commission.
     You are not allowed to edit the commission unless previously discussed and given explicit permission.
     You must notify the artist if you wish to keep your commission private, otherwise the artist is free to post the      commission wherever they wish.

     The following is considered copyright infringement:
          i. Reproducing/using the commission commercially. (Making money off it in any way.)
          ii. Taking credit for the creation of the commission.
          iii. Removing any watermarks or signatures.
          iv. As stated above, editing the commission without the artist's explicit permission.

v. Entering the commission into any AI database.

     Purchase of commercial rights will always be 300% the base price of the original commission.
     HOWEVER, it is unacceptable under any and all circumstances to use any of the artist's work as an NFT.

The commissioner must read, understand and acknowledge all the above terms before entering into an agreement with the artist. By sending payment, the commissioner automatically agrees to the above terms. Violation of these terms may result in being added to a blacklist and refused future commissions.
